Booking & Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to reserve your wedding date. The date is only confirmed once the payment has been received. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final film.

Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 8–12 weeks after the wedding. We will inform you of any significant delays.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Any cancellation or date change must be communicated in writing. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. Any applicable cancellation terms will be provided in the booking agreement.

Copyright & Usage

Mizumi Weddings retains the copyright to its original creative work, subject to applicable law and any written agreement with the client. Any use of wedding footage for promotional purposes will be subject to the appropriate permissions.
